A hot ticket in New York.
British writer J.K. Rowling is making her one and only in-person appearance in the U-S to promote her first novel for adults…” The Casual Vacancy.”
Rowling will be interviewed on stage at Lincoln Centre by fellow author Ann Patchett and will take some audience questions.
It’s happening October 16th.
The venue can seat about 1,100 people and Rowling also will sign copies of her new book for each audience member.
Tickets are first-come, first-served starting September 10th…ranging from $44 for phone purchases to $37 at the Jazz at Lincoln Center box office.
