Canadian wrestler Tonya Verbeek is now a three-time Olympic medal winner.
The 34-year-old from Thorold, Ontario won a silver medal today in the women’s free-style wrestling event.
Verbeek won Olympic bronze in Beijing four years ago and took the silver at the 2004 Games in Athens.
Canada’s women’s soccer team took the bronze this morning with a 1-0 win over France.
Diana Matheson scored the lone goal.
Canada now has 16 medals at the London Games.
