Kermit the Frog will no longer eat at Chick-fil-A.

Jim Henson’s Creature Workshop has severed all ties with the Atlanta-based fast-food restaurant because the company’s CEO has made statements opposing same-sex marriage. The Henson company was in the process of creating toys for Chick-fil-A to give out with its meals when president Dan Cathy said he was “guilty as charged” in supporting the “biblical definition of the family”.

Jim Henson’s daughter and Creature Workshop CEO Lisa Henson says, “The Jim Henson Company has celebrated and embraced diversity and inclusiveness for over 50 years and we have notified Chick-fil-A that we do not wish to partner with them on any future endeavors.”

The company also says it will donate all the money it earned from the partnership to GLAAD, the advocacy group for lesbian, gay, and transgender people.
