NDP leader Andrea Horwath is calling for a full public inquiry into the tragedy in Elliot Lake.
Horwath says there are too many questions remaining in the aftermath of the collapse of the mall that killed two people. She points to community concerns about the condition of the mall before it collapsed, and anger over the temporary suspension of the rescue attempt.
Horwath says a fully-independent public inquiry is the only way all of the questions can be answered.
