She sold 20-million copies of her second album, 40 million copies of her third album and half a million copies of her “Greatest Hits” album in its first week, making it the fastest-selling hits album by a female artist in the United States ever.

Not bad for the now 58-year old music legend from Timmins, Ontario.

By the way, that album has been certified four times platinum and with vinyl records and their players seeing a resurgence, Shania’s Greatest Hits album has been remastered for vinyl, and it’s out today.

The vinyl version comes 19-years after the original was released and adds a track from each of her most recent albums.

Shania has just wrapped up her her first tour in five years and is headed to another Las Vegas residency next year
