This was not a pretty picture.

Ringo Starr took an unfortunate tumble on stage while performing at a show in New Mexico.

The former Beatle’s drummer, who is now 83, was performing with his All-Starr Band when he fell over during the band’s encore performance of “Give Peace A Chance’.

He quickly got back his feet and joined his band to sing the chorus and was even able to crack a joke about the whole thing.

There were no reports of any injuries.
