It’s going to be a while longer before fans of the American band Aerosmith hear Steven Tyler sing again.
That’s because Tyler’s vocal injury is more serious than previously thought. A statement from the band says the 75-year old has not only damaged his vocal cords, he also fractured his larynx.
As a result, the group’s “Peace Out” tour is being delayed until next year.
Tyler is receiving medical treatment, but he’s been told that “patience is essential.”
The group has rescheduled an appearance at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto to February 21st.
