According to a new North American airport satisfaction survey, Pearson International is ranked the second-worst largest airport on the continent for overall traveller satisfaction.

In fact, Canada’s busiest and largest airport ranked 20th out of 21 mega-sized airports across North America.

The annual survey conducted by JD Power makes its rankings based on a variety of factors including terminal facilities, airport arrivals and departures, baggage claim, security check, and food services.

Only Newark Airport in New Jersey ranked lower than Pearson
