Leaders attending the United Nations General Assembly have heard from the presidents of the U.S. and Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the assembly how Moscow’s ”weaponizing” everything from food and energy, to even abducted children in its war with his country.

He also warned them the same could happen to them if Vladimir Putin’s not stopped.

Earlier, President Joe Biden urged leaders to stand up to Russia, warning them not to let Ukraine be ”carved up.”

Zelenskyy is to visit the White House Thursday after which he’s reportedly coming to Ottawa to address Parliament and then visit Toronto.

Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Lavrov is expected to speak before the U-N Saturday.
