Quite the milestone in England over the weekend as the UK’s oldest man celebrated his 111th birthday.

John Tinniswood was presented with a special birthday card from King Charles at his care home in Southport and offered up his advice for a long and happy life.  He says it all comes down to “moderation’ in all things.

He also advises (as does Zoomer Media founder Moses Znaimer) to keep exercising the mind.

John Tinnniswood was born in 1912 and still supports English Premier League Team “Liverpool.”
