ABBA guitarist Bjorn Ulvaeus together with country music star Johnny Cash.
Ulvaeus and Cash’s daughter Rosanne are working together with YouTube on an Artificial Intelligence music project.
The 79-year old ABBA legend says the more he understands AI the better equipped he’ll be to advocate for and help protect the rights of his fellow human creators. He says he’s signed on with an open mind and purely out of curiosity about how an AI model works and what it could be capable of in the creative process.
Others attached to the project include the estate of Frank Sinatra.

The Chairman of Universal Music Group says the industry must establish effective tools, incentives and rewards, as well as rules of the road, that enable the industry to limit AI’s negatives while promoting its positives.
