Motorists across the GTHA and southern Ontario are again feeling increased pain at the gas pumps.

Prices rose another three cents over night, adding to the four cent increase the night before, bringing the cost of a litre of regular to almost $1.73.

That’s the highest regular gas has been since November of last year and, with an increase in the carbon tax and lower production quotas by OPEC, gas prices are forecast to stay relatively high right through the fall.
