Chow has named four deputy mayors, including two veterans Jennifer McKelvie and Mike Colle and two rookie councillors Ausma Malik and Amber Morley to represent all four corners of the city.

Frances Nunziata remains speaker while Paula Fletcher will become deputy speaker.

Gord Perks takes on the critical role of chair of planning and housing with Chow’s Mayoral rival Brad Bradford serving as Vice Chair.

Jamaal Myers with chair the TTC board and former police office Jon Burnside, Amber Morley and Lily Cheng have been named to the police services board.

Shelley Carroll becomes Chair of the Budget Committee, a role she’s held before.

“Well my experience certainly allows me to look under the hood of just about any division and to speak in shorthand with those division leaders because even beyond being budget chair committee in that term lone ago, I’ve maintained a membership in the budget committee.

Josh Matlow, another mayoral rival was not formally assigned a role.

Jon Burnside, a former police officer, will join the Toronto Police Services Board alongside councillors Amber Morley and Lily Cheng.
