There is new material from Sir Paul McCartney, but it isn’t music, it’s about music.

The former Beatle has launched a new podcast called “‘McCartney: A Life In Lyrics.”

Tracks included in the first season of the podcast series include “Eleanor Rigby,” “Let It Be” and “Live and Let Die” from his time with Wings.

The now 81 year old music legend describes it as going back to an old snapshot album and looking back on work he hasn’t thought abut much for quite a few years.

Season one will feature 12 episodes and will begin on most podcast platforms September 20th.
