After you Prime Minister.
Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre says Justin Trudeau must make the first move and call an inquiry into alleged foreign interference.
Only then the Tory leader says will his party provide the government a list of proposed names for those to lead it.
Poilievre made the demand in a letter to Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc.
The Official Opposition leader also promises to suggest a mandate and terms of reference for an inquiry within 48-hours of the prime minister making the call.
All parties agree the last two federal election results were not compromised, but opposition MPs say a public inquiry’s the only way for Canadians to feel confident in the electoral system.
