The suspect who stole a famous pair of shoes has been indicted.

A federal grand jury has indicted Terry Martin for stealing the famous ruby red slippers worn by Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.

It’s alleged that in 2005, he stole an authentic pair of the ruby slippers from the Judy Garland Museum in Minnesota, one of four remaining pairs Garland wore in the movie.

The FBI recovered them 13 years later.
