Theatre impresario Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber is mourning the passing of his eldest son.

Nicholas Lloyd Webber, Grammy winner for his work on on the musical “Bad Cinderella,” noted composer and record producer, died over the weekend in England from gastric cancer and pneumonia. He had been ill for sometime.

Andrew Lloyd Webber skipped last week’s Broadway Opening of “Bad Cinderella” to be at his son’s side.

Nicholas Lloyd Webber was 43.
