Flair Airlines says no one was injured this morning when one of its planes overshot a runway at an airport west of Toronto at about 6:25am.
The Transportation Safety Board says it’s investigating after the Boeing 737 overran the runway at the Waterloo International Airport.
The flight from Vancouver was carrying 134 passengers, plus crew.
Flair says passengers boarded a bus to the airport terminal from the plane.
The following departures were/have been cancelled:
Flair 801 to Edmonton, which was scheduled to depart at 9 a.m.
Flair 881 to Montreal, which was scheduled to depart at 3:35 p.m.
WestJet 557 to Calgary, which was scheduled to depart at 4 p.m.
Flair 500 to Vancouver, which was scheduled to depart at 6:50 p.m.
The following arrivals were/have been cancelled:
WestJet 544 from Calgary, which was scheduled to arrive at 3:06 p.m.
Flair 814 from Calgary, which was scheduled to arrive at 4:40 p.m.
Flair 802 from Edmonton, which was scheduled to arrive at 5:40 p.m.
Flair has also cancelled its early-morning flight out of Vancouver on Saturday.
