The way senator from Alaska sees it Ottawa needs to start pulling its weight when it comes to defence spending.
Republican Dan Sullivan says he still supports an additional $40-billion in help for Ukraine that Congress is expected to pass, but doesn’t feel it’s fair so much falls on America’s shoulders.
”Are you seeing a shift in our NATO allies to say, ‘You know what?  It’s time for us to pull our own weight here,’ ” said Sullivan.
