They’re not saying which one just yet but, Dame Shirley Bassey has agreed to open next weekend’s BAFTA Award show in London with a performance of an iconic James Bond theme.
Bassey is the only artist to have recorded multiple songs for the Bond series, including “Goldfinger,” “Diamonds Are Forever” and “Moonraker.”
Reports indicate the the 85-year old will make a special appearance next Sunday at the 75th BAFTAs, at the Royal Albert Hall and will mark 60-years of “007 on film” with a live airing of one of the movie themes
The chosen track will remain under wraps until that night.
