He enjoyed a long career in both movies and television and was probably best known for his work on “Law and Order.”

Ned Eisenberg was one of the series regular supporting actors, playing defence lawyer Roger Kressler.

Eisenberg died over the weekend in New York.  The cause was cancer.

Eisenberg also appeared in “Last Man Standing” with Bruce Willis, “Limitless,” “Million Dollar Baby,” “The Burning,” “Flags of Our Fathers” and “A Civil Action.”

Ned Eisenberg was 65.
