Actess Sally Kellerman died yesterday at her home in Los Angeles of heart failure.

She enjoyed a TV and movie career that lasted more than 6 decades. She made a ton of guest appearances on 60’s TV shows like “12 O’Clock High,” “Ben Casey,” “Mannix” and “The Outer Limits,” but it was “M*A*S*H” that made her name and earned her an Oscar nomination.

Sally Kellerman was 84.
