BETTY WHITE SUFFERED STROKE SIX DAYS PRIOR TO HER DEATH

Betty White’s cause of death has been revealed.

The Golden Girls star suffered stroke six days before passing away peacefully in her sleep at her home at the age of 99.

But even after having a so called ‘mild stroke’, the legendary actor and comedian was said to be alert and coherent after the incident.

Meantime, fans of the late TV icon have planned a challenge to honour her charitable work and advocacy for animal causes.

The Betty White challenge urges fans to donate $5 to their local animal shelter on January 17th on would would have been her 100th birthday.

That day will still see the debut of a movie honoring the milestone called “Betty White: 100 Years Young – A Birthday Celebration” featuring many stars including Canadian Ryan Reynolds.

Meanwhile, January 17th will be a celebration dubbed “Betty White Day” in her Illinois hometown.
