Prosecutors successfully argued the former British socialite lured teenage girls who were then later sexually abused by American millionaire Jeffrey Epstein.
The verdict came on the jury’s sixth day of deliberations.
The trial had heard shocking details of the operation. Some of the girls abused were as young as 14-years-old.
Maxwell was convicted of conspiracy to entice a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors and sex trafficking of minors.
She was acquitted of enticing a minor to travel and engage in illegal sex acts.
Epstein died by suicide awaiting trial in 2019.
Maxwell faces decades in prison.
