It’s another sign life is going back to normal.

Toronto’s most famous landmark officially reopens on Friday.

Visitors may purchase a “timed ticket” to go to the observation deck.

And thrill seekers will be pleased to find out bookings for the EdgeWalk are also available.

The rotating 360 restaurant will reopen for dining Thursday July 29th, but reservations are open.

And nearby the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium reopens to visitors Saturday July 24th.

Mayor John Tory says with the reopening of these Toronto landmarks, it’s an opportunity to help the restaurants in that area from King Street to the waterfront.

“And they’ve all been suffering because of the lack of traffic from all of these kinds of things,” Tory told CP24 on Friday, “I mean the CN Tower being closed, the Jays, so it’s not only going to have those attractions alive and have people downtown, but they will then patronize these businesses that have been so hard hit and I hope people will.”

Mayor Tory says as long as people are careful and get vaccinated against COVID-19, this trend of reopening can continue.
