U.S. President Joe Biden emerged from the Geneva summit with the Russian leader to say he and Vladimir Putin have agreed to return their ambassadors to their posts and to start talking about the last remaining treaty between the two countries limiting nuclear weapons.
Putin said there was ”no hostility” during their meeting.
Biden says they agreed to more discussions on keeping certain kinds of critical infrastructure off limits to cyber attacks.
The Russian president repeated that allegations Moscow approved cyber attacks against the U.S. must stop.
Putin then claimed ”most of the cyber attacks in the world are carried out from the cyber realm of the United States,” with Canada and Britain coming second and third.
