A new poll shows Premier Doug Ford’s popularity continues to slide over his handling of the pandemic.
The Angus Reid survey shows Ford and Alberta premier Jason Kenney have seen their favourability slump over the last few months.
Ford’s approval stood at 70% in the spring of 2020 but is now half that and down 15% since the last quarter.
Kenney’s approval is at 31%, down 9 points over the last three months.
At the other end of the spectrum, Quebec Premier Francois Legault and B.C. Premier John Horgan with 66 and 63% approval, respectively.
