There may be some light on the horizon for live orchestral performances.
After going silent last season, the Boston Symphony Orchestra plans on returning to live performances this year.
The Orchestra shared the same fate as others around the world in going dark in 2021. They say their 2021 outdoors season in western Massachusetts will go ahead as planned.
They will be held from July 9th through August 16. Last year’s cancellation was the first quiet season since the second world war.
