MATH, POLITICS AND SPORT MESH AT THE U.S. WOMEN'S HALL OF FAME

A mathematician, a soccer player and a former U-S first lady are among those headed to the US National Women’s Hall of Fame.

NASA mathematician Katherine Johnson’s story was told in the acclaimed film, “Hidden Figures.”

Michelle Obama is on the list, the former first lady is also a best selling author.

Soccer icon Mia Ham is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and two-time FIFA Women’s World Cup champion.

The induction ceremony will be live streamed October 2nd.
