The ”stay-at-home” order will be lifted for Toronto, Peel Region and North Bay-Parry Sound Monday
The city and Peel, including Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon are going into the strictest ”Grey-Lockdown” level of Ontario’s colour-coded restrictions framework.
Thats’ fine with Toronto Mayor John Tory.
”The grey zone will allow us a cautious re-opening that’s consistent with what the best practices have been all over the world when you’re coming out of a big wave,” says Tory.
”And I just think it is the right thing to do.  It may not be the popular thing to do but I believe it’s the right thing to do and I believe it’s based on the best advice we can possibly get.”
North Bay will return to the Red-Control level.
Simcoe-Muskoka and Peterborough are moving to Red-Control.
