The experts say positive thinking, gratitude and exercise will help us cope during these anxious days of COVID 19.
But you can add this to the list. Watch video here
With self-isolation, many of us aren’t able to see the people we love. But a 93-year-old granny from Scotland has won the internet with some very wise words that we all should listen to in this heart-warming message for her grandchildren.
“I’m still here. I’ll tell you, I’m like a bad penny, there’s no getting rid of me,” she tells the camera. ‘Wee Granng’ goes on to remind her family and anyone else watching along that they must make sure they do their bit during coronavirus lockdown by remaining indoors. “I hope you’re all well and doing what you’re told. Keep to the rules and you will all be fine,” she said. Ireland’s health minister was among those to share the clip. Amny who saw the clip said they were so moved by her words, they plan to call loved ones.
