The Canadian Opera Company has named its new Deputy General Director.
Christie Darville currently serves as the COC’s executive director of philanthropy and takes on her new role effective immediately until the end of the upcoming 2021 season. In a statement, the Company says Darville will continue to provide critical leadership during the transition period until the current General Director Alexander Neef leaves for Paris for his new position with the Opera National in July 2021.
