The Toronto woman accused of throwing a chair off a downtown high-rise balcony has pleaded guilty to mischief causing danger to life. 1 -year-old Marcella Zoia made the plea in a packed Toronto courtroom, admitting she was the woman seen in a video that went viral in February. Her lawyer, Greg Leslie, says he’ll ask for a suspended sentence. The Crown is asking for six months in jail. Sentencing is set for January 14th.
