STEPHEN FRY DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER

English comedian, actor, writer Stephen Fry has revealed he has been battling prostate cancer.


The 60-year-old tweeted about his diagnosis in 12 minute video disclosing he received the news after going to the doctor for a flu shot. Fry has been on stage at the Shaw Festival in Niagara on the Lake performing Mythos, a show that focuses on tales of the Greek gods, heroes and men Fry wrote the script calling it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. No word on how the diagnosis will impact his time at the Shaw.
