Progressive Conservative Leader Patrick Brown has told Ontarians what he and his party will do to make their lives better if the Tories win the next provincial election.

At a PC policy convention Saturday in Toronto, Brown released his party platform.

It’s in the form of a glossy, 78-page magazine called the “Peoples Guarantee.”

It promises tax cuts for the middle class, a break on childcare expenses, an additional cut to hydro bills, a promise to put 1.9 billion dollars into health care, and action regarding accountability and integrity at Queen’s Park.

Brown says he would not run for a second term as Premier if he wasn’t able to implement the five main promises of his platform.
