A Vancouver cannabis company has a hit on its hands with its Christmas Advent calandar that uses marijuana rather than traditional chocolates in little windows that represent the days of Advent leading up to Christmas.

The owner of “Coast to Coast Medicinals,” Lorilee Fedler says she’s scrambling to keep up with the orders, with over 150 sold, and another 15-hundred waiting.

But there are some concerns. Rebecca Jessman of the Canadian Centre on Substanve use says there is no way of knowing about the dosage of the matijuana, or whether it’s been affected by pesticides or mould.

Some health experts expressed concern the calaendar could appeal to children, but Fedler says she gave it an ugly Christmas sweater design in order to prevent that.
