This time it’s good press.
American actress Lindsay Lohan has visited a Turkish government-run camp for Syrian refugees.
About 5-thousand Syrian refugees live in containers in the camp in the city of Nizip in southeastern Turkey.
Turkey’s state-run Anadolu news agency says the 30 year-old Lohan visited the camp’s pre-school and social facilities on Saturday, and presented children with books and presents.
The actress, troubled in the past by run-ins with the law over drug and alcohol abuse and motor vehicle violations, has spent about two weeks visiting refugee facilities and families in Turkey.
