Prince William and his wife, the former Kate Middleton, are on their first royal tour in nearly two years, visiting India and Bhutan.
It’s the second major trip representing the British Crown for the Duke and Duchesss of Cambridge.
On Sunday they laid a wreath at a memorial at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai, the site of terrorist attacks in 2008 where 31 people were killed.
Later on their trip, the royal couple will visit the actual Taj Mahal, one of India’s most enduring and iconic landmarks, and they’ll meet with India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as conversation groups.
At the invitation of the Bhutanese king, William and Kate will also visit the nearby country of Bhutan.
