A class-action lawsuit settled on Friday is expected to clarify the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art`s pay-what-you-like policy.
The lawsuit challenged the museum`s `recommended`admission of $25..
The lawsuit was initiated in 2013, and said the Museum was misleading patrons by implying they had to pay the full amount. It was denied by Museaum officials.
Under the agreement reached in the settlement, signs will now say $25 is the `suggested`price rather than the `recommended`one.
