A man has been arrested in connection with an Ottawa home invasion and attack on a 101-year-old veteran of the D-Day landing.
The vet, Ernest Cote, was confronted Thursday morning by a man at his apartment door saying he was an employee of the city. The intruder demanded money and tied up the victim.
Mr. Cote was able to get free and call police.
