Calling them monsters, British Prime Minister David Cameron says he has an “iron determination” to destroy ISIL and hunt down those responsible for the murder of British hostage David Haines.

The aid workers is the third westerner beheaded by ISIL in recent weeks. Cameron says he’s prepared to authorise air strikes against the terrorists in Iraq and Syria. 

Describing the murder of David Haines as barbaric, Prime Minister Stephen Harper says the thoughts and prayers of Canadians are with his family.
