Artists in New York City Saturday painted the bodies of 40 nude models as part of the inaugural Bodypainting Day.
When the painting was complete, the models marched down Broadway and had a photo shoot at Times Square.
Public nudity is legal in New York City if it’s part of an exhibition, a show or a performance.
Andy Golub, creator of the event, said New York was the only city in the country that would allow it.
