Prince Charles and his wife Camilla got the Royal treatment when they were officially welcomed to Canada Monday in Nova Scotia.
The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall were greeted by hundreds of people in front of the Halifax city hall. Governor General David Johnston officially welcomed the couple who were greeted by a 21-gun salute and school children singing “God Save The Queen.”
It’s their second trip to Canada since 2012, and will include visits to Pictou, Nova Scotia, Charlottetown, Prince Edward island and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
