London, England now has more billionaires than any other city in the world.
A list of the super-rich published in The Sunday Times shows London with 72 residents whose net worth is over 1 billion pounds, or 1.6 billion dollars U.S.
That compares with 48 in Moscow and 43 in New York.
On a per capita basis, Britain has one billionaire for every 607 thousand residents. The U.S. has one billionaire for about every one million residents.
The latest figures suggest that Canada has about 70 people who are billionaires: residents whose net worth is over a billion dollars Canadian.
