He’s a star on You Tube, and on Saturday his fans got to see him in person.
No, he’s not the new pop singing sensation — he’s a cute little polar bear at the Toronto Zoo.
He’s the zoo’s lone surviving polar bear cub, and he made his public debut on Saturday.
The little fellow is just three months old, but the zoo featured him on You Tube videos that went viral, as viewers around the world watched him take his first steps and frolick in the snow.
There were lineups to see him in the flesh yesterday, with the Zoo unveiling the cub during Polar Bear Month.
It’s a campaign by the zoo aimed at raising awareness and saving Polar Bears through educational activities.
And the cub’s fans can cast a ballot to give him a name. There are six to chosse from, and his name will be announced in March.
