A well-known restaurant survey organizaton has come out with its annual report, and it includes what bothers us most when we dine out.

Zagat yesterday announced the results of its 2014 America’s Top Restaurants Survey

The Zagat survey covers 1,478 of the top-rated restaurants in 36 major markets in the U.S. based on ratings and reviews from over 224,000 avid diners.

It rates everything from service and affordability to diner habits, to best overall restauraunt.

And it also surveyed dining irritants.   Number one on the list is noise, with 30 percent of the totall vote.   72% of diners say they actively avoid restaurants that are too loud.
