Prime Minister Stepeh Harper and three of his predecessors will leave Sunday for South Africa to pay their respects to Nelson Mandela.
On Tuesday the Prime Minister will attend a public memorial for the former South African President in Johannesburg.
On Wednesday he will attend Mr. Mandela’s lying in state in Pretoria
Mr. Harper’s delegation will include former Prime Ministers Brian Mulroney, Kim Campbell and JeanChretien.
There will be a state funeral for Nelson Mandela next Sunday, December 15, and he will be laid to rest in his rural hometown.
