Want to make your heart stronger? How about listening to some classical music.
A new study has shown that combining music with exercise will increase your heart function, and improve your exercise capacity.
Researchers say that the results were better than for those who just exercised or just listened to music.
According to the researchers “joyful” music, like opera and classical can stimulate endorphins. And a warning: heavy metal music is likely to produce stress.
