A McDonald’s restaurant in Stockport, England is combating a particularly rowdy after-hours crowd with some classical music.
It’s hoped the orchestral tracks from Brahms to Beethoven will either calm the unruly customers or drive them away in search of more bass-heavy beats.
A spokesman for the local police council said, “The classical music clearly differentiates between the nightclub atmosphere that some customers have just left, and the more serene family restaurant that McDonald’s aims to provide”.
