One of the original Munchkins from the 1939 classic movie “The Wizard of Oz,” has died.-

Margaret Pellegrini suffered a stroke Monday at her Glendale, Arizona, home and died Wednesday in a Phoenix-area hospital.  She was 89.

There are now only two of the 124 Munchkins who appeared in the movie left alive.

Pellegrini was a guest speaker at grade schools across the Phoenix area for many years. 

She  would appear in costume and tell stories about her time as a Munchkin.

She also talked about moral lessons contained in the film.
